The Association for the Improvement of Minorities in the Internal Revenue Service (AIM-IRS) was founded in  October 1969 because of barriers and impediments placed on minority employees seeking career advancement.

The AIM-IRS Houston Chapter is committed to “making a difference” and investing in our future generations.  We are soliciting your support to make this investment. Please, join us in helping incoming college freshmen, that are working toward an accredited degree, realize their vision.
